Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Syncvenio”, “we”, “us”, “our” — Service operated by an individual based in Canada.
• “User”, “Merchant”, “you” — Any person or business using the Service.
• “Service” — Syncvenio’s app, website, dashboard, and tools.

2. Eligibility

To use Syncvenio, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have authority over the Shopify store(s) you connect
• Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy

3. Service Description

Syncvenio provides:

• Inventory syncing between Shopify stores
• Real-time, manual, and scheduled sync features
• Sync logs and telemetry
• Store grouping (buckets)
• Subscription and billing via Stripe

4. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain security of your Shopify account
• Not misuse or disrupt the Service
• Follow Shopify’s Terms of Service

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid features require a recurring Stripe subscription. You authorize Stripe to charge subscription fees and automatically renew until you cancel.

We store Stripe Customer ID, Subscription ID, and plan details but never payment card information.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Paid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails
• You misuse the Service
• You uninstall the Shopify app

7. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Syncvenio, you consent to all data practices described therein.

8. Disclaimer

Syncvenio is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee perfect sync accuracy, continuous uptime, or error-free operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last three months.

10. Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties such as Shopify, Stripe, Hetzner Cloud (USA), Netlify, ZeptoMail, and Google Analytics. These services are governed by their own terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the operator resides.
