From billing cadence to webhook reliability, these are the questions operations teams ask most.
How does billing work?
Syncvenio uses Shopify Billing exclusively. When you install the app from a store, Shopify prompts you to approve the tier, handles invoices, and lets you upgrade or downgrade without leaving the admin.
What happens when I hit my linked-store allowance?
We enforce linked-store limits per store. You can unlink inactive stores or upgrade that store’s plan—no global caps on buckets.
How quickly do inventory changes propagate?
Real-time webhook jobs run in under 30 seconds on average. Scheduled and manual syncs use the same orchestration to reconcile any remaining drift.
Do I need to manage API rate limits myself?
No. The app backs off automatically, groups updates into safe batches, and records retry telemetry so you always know when Shopify throttles occur.
